Foil-Wrapped Salmon & Asparagus on the Big Green Egg

Time for a fresh & healthy meal. We heated up our Big Green Egg to 350° to get the perfect (and easy) salmon and asparagus.

Here’s how we did it:

Ingredients:

-Salmon

-Asparagus

-Lemons

-Salt

-Pepper

-Garlic Powder

-Fresh dill

  1. Preheat BGE to 350°

  2. Slice lemons & place on foil

  3. Place salmon on top of lemons, add asparagus to sides

  4. Drizzle on olive oil on each portion

  5. Season with salt pepper, garlic, dill (any seasonings will work)

6. Wrap salmon and asparagus into foil packets with all sides sealed off

7. Place on grill and cook for about 15 minutes, checking to see if done. (One of our salmon cuts cooked 13 minutes, the other about 17.)

8. Remove from heat, let cool, and enjoy!
